Note:  VBRUN300.DLL, MAKSMALL.PIF and MAKBIG.PIF 
must be in your execution path for MakeSmall to 
compress or expand a related file correctly.

Installation:

1.	Copy THREED.VBX into your Windows 
	SYSTEM directory.

2.	Copy MAKSMALL.PIF, MAKBIG.PIF and 
	MAKSMALL.HLP into your WINDOWS directory.

3.	Create a directory called MAKSMALL
	on a hard drive of your choice.  If 
	you like, it can be a sub-directory
	of an existing directory.  Copy 
	MAKSMALL.EXE into this directory.

	Optionally, create two "target" directories 
	under the above direactory called COMPRESS 
	and EXPAND.

4.	With Program Manager and File Manager
	open at the same time, drag MAKSMALL.EXE
	from File Manager into a Program 
	Manager Group of your choice.
